A total of 15,800 people applied for admission. Admitted students account for 69% of all applicants and 49% of this year&#8217;s secondary school graduates. Overall, about 86% of available university seats were filled, leaving around 3,000 spots (approximately 14%) vacant.    <\/p>\n<p>Across 11 universities, 33 academic programs enrolled only one first-year student each.
