I believe it is necessary to transform people’s lives through education, therefore the content and quality of education are paramount. By leading speech therapy and inclusion programs at KOAF and working closely with rural communities, I was able to more fully understand the strengths and challenges of our regions. Later, when I was conducting teacher trainings in a number of public schools in Yerevan within the framework of the mentoring program ordered by the Ministry of Education and Culture, the general collapse of the education system was clearly highlighted. Some teachers make unequal efforts to get out of this collapse and inertia; sometimes they are only able to solve small local problems. As a speech therapist and special needs educator with almost twenty years of practical experience, when drawing up each individual plan and goal, I take into account the prospective impact and effectiveness in the coming stages of a person’s life. Likewise, in educational system, I believe it is important to set big goals and spiritual dreams that go far for decades and centuries, and to undertake their implementation. With idealistic friends, it is possible to create an educational environment, where more and more aspiring and capable people will be formed, who will continuously develop and lead towards the light. Together with like-minded friends, we will be able to create an educational environment in which more and more aspiring and capable people will be formed, who will constantly develop and lead to the light.
