There is a high demand for early learning services. But as we know, in the Republic of Armenia we have a problem with access to kindergartens and preschools also due to infrastructure problems. Alvard Poghosyan, head of UNICEF’s educational programs in Armenia, said this during the conference held in Yerevan on Tuesday. Her speech was focused on access and participation in education for refugee children and youth.
